Target Audience Database and SKILLS Special Interest Group (SSIG)
In order to collect and manage all the individual and organizational contacts potentially interested in and useful for the Project, a specific database called Target Audience Database (TADB) has been set up. The information stored in such database can be accessed by the SKILLS members (with different levels of detail) and can be classified according to the Project needs.
In particular, the records in the database currently belong to three different classes, characterized by specific and limited access rights to well defined Project information: TADB Contact, External User and SSIG Member.
TARGET AUDIENCE DATABASE:

Target Audience Database main benefits:
Active role of both the Scientific Committee and the General Assembly
A generic TADB contact has no access to the private section of the SKILLS web site
Each SC Member and GA Member are promptly informed about any proposition for becoming an EXT or SSIG Members
The authorization from the Responsible of the WP in which the potential SSIG Member is interested in, is strictly necessary
The process has a fixed duration and the authorization cannot be arbitrarily delayed
All the TADB records can be easily classified and managed according to any Project needs
